What if the camera needs repair?
If your camera is not working correctly, please notify either your consultant or our tech support. We will be glad to trouble-shoot the issue with you. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will ask you to send the camera back to MTP Secondary. We will provide specific instructions on how to do this, and you will be reimbursed for any costs related to sending the camera back to us. We will then repair or replace the camera and ship it back to you.
