What if the Buyer is not satisfied with the delivery but forgets or is unable to place a Hold Payment on the Transaction?
If the Buyer fails to place a Hold Payment on a Transaction, the Deposit is automatically credited to a Seller’s account on the business day following the Payment Delay Period. Unless fraud of the EscrowCard Service itself is involved, EscrowCard cannot, without the Seller’s authorization, reverse the crediting of the Seller’s account. However, EscrowCard would hope that a Seller with high standards of customer service may attempt to accommodate a reasonable request by a Buyer.
