We only use the strongest 49-strand stainless steel wire with nylon coating to string our bracelets and necklaces. Should the bracelet or necklace break within the first 30 days of receipt, we will re-string it at no charge. If for some reason, there was an error in sizing, there is a re-stringing charge of CAN$15 per strand plus shipping.
