What if the borrower loses or damages the EMS educational video?
The borrower will be notified of the loss or damage of a video. The borrower will be responsible for documenting the return of the video. If the return of the material cannot be documented through the postal or overland carrier, the borrower will be responsible for the replacement of the lost video. If the video has damage not related to shipping, it will be the responsibility of the borrower to replace it at the current cost.
