What if the book arrives with a manufacturing defect?
The manufacturing process does result in slight variances in the printed product from copy to copy. This is normal. However, although it is very rare, if the copy you just received has significant out of normal manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of the date you placed the order about arranging for a replacement of the item. If we don’t have a replacement available, we will refund your purchase price. No replacements will be considered beyond 30 days from the date you place the order. Do not send the item back without prior authorization from us.
