No problem. Simply email at ask@hiphiphooray.com.au Advise the names of the two people who purchased the double-up present & what present you would like to replace one of the presents with. Once the double -up is verified, hiphiphooray will let you know we are ready to receive your returned present to hiphiphooray 37-49 Alleyne St Chatswood NSW Australia 2067. We recommend a traceable mode of delivery as hiphiphooray is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced. Once we receive the present, we will re-wrap the present in hiphiphooray’s polka dot packaging & send back to you or the birthday girl/boy. Simply advise us of delivery address. There will be an $8.80 postage fee & balance owing if the price varies. Please note we do not refund money should the second present you select be of a lower retail value.
