What if the artist needs to cancel ahead of the event date?
Under normal circumstances, there is no problem in reallocating work for you when you ask us to, and this is accepted as occasionally necessary. However, if you consistently withdraw from multiple contracts over time, you may be removed from our databases. If you sign a contract but later need to withdraw for any reason whatsoever, we require 28 days notice in order to reallocate the booking to another guitarist. If you give less than 28 days notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 45.00 which will be deducted from your next contract.
