What if the applicant refuses their one reasonable offer?
If the applicant refuses this offer, the applicant will lose their homelessness priority and will be removed from Subgroup A (i). This means that Angus Council has met it duty to this applicant under homeless legislation. If the applicant is in temporary accommodation and refuses their one reasonable offer, the applicant will be given 28 days to leave this accommodation.
