What if teachers refuse to sign the consent forms?
Please encourage all teaching staff and professional staff that are regularly in the classrooms to complete a consent forms. However, no one should be forced to complete a consent form. Please inform the Evaluator, Sam Stephens, of any staff who does not want to complete a consent forms. Sam will work with the observer to address the situation and select alternative classrooms. However, this is the last resort option.
