What if suitable accommodation and support for the service user cannot be found?
The Shared Lives Scheme will only make arrangements if a good match between a service user and a provider can be found. Without this it is much more likely this will break down and this will be upsetting and disappointing for the service user and the provider. If a suitable match cannot be found the Shared Lives Scheme operates a waiting list, which is regularly reviewed.
