What if something needs emergency maintenance while we are on vacation at Starry Nites Cabin?
Sunday through Thursday maintenance hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday and Saturday hours are 9:00 am to 8:00pm. During your stay, if you experience any problems with your Hot Tub, Jacuzzi, A/C, Heating Unit, TV’s, VCR’s /DVD’s or any other appliances, please notify our property management office immediately. They will do their best to resolve your issue quickly. If you experience a problem after hours, please call the office the next day at 8:00am to report your problem. If you have an actual emergency after hours, such as being locked out, plumbing problems, no water, no heat / air, or no electricity, please call the office and follow the directions for reporting an after hours emergency.
