What if something goes wrong with the property?
We use a very professional Holiday Management company who assign a local property manager. They will be your contact in the event of an emergency or problem. We have emergency cover for all of the major services which will ensure a speedy response and hopefully resolution of the problem in the event of a Gas, Water or Electrical fault. If anything else stops working properly we will of course endeavour to fix it as soon as possible. Your property manager will escalate the issue o us if you are unhappy with the speed of response or the way the problem has been resolved.
