What if something arrives damaged?
• We do recognize that sometimes products get damaged en route. We request that you call our customer service line at 1-866-9-DYLANS (610-921-3560) immediately so we can work out a solution to re-ship you the product. Shipping charges will be worked out on a case by case basis, and in most cases Dylan’s will cover the return cost of shipping and not charge you for the shipping back.
