Your first move must be to contact your UPS delivery agent and start a claim. You have 8 days from delivery date in which to do this. You can then e-mail us with details of the breakage (photos are always usefull!). You will be able to choose between a refund and replacement of the broken piece free of charge. Full details of our policy will be included in your shipping box.
