If you lose your ReadyCARD or believe it to be stolen, you must immediately contact our customer service personnel at (800) 506-0630. We will cancel your old ReadyCARD, transfer the remaining balance to a new ReadyCARD, and then mail the new Card to you at the address on file. Instant ReadyCARDs will be refunded or replaced with a Personalized ReadyCARD by providing the necessary information on the sign-up form. A fee applies to lost, stolen, or replacement cards.
