You should treat your Macy’s ReadyCARD with care. Guard the account number and PIN number the same way you would cash or any credit card. Do not share your Macy’s ReadyCARD number or PIN number with anyone. If you lose your Macy’s ReadyCARD or believe it to be stolen, you must immediately contact our customer service personnel at (877) 607-3239. We will cancel your old Macy’s ReadyCARD, transfer the remaining balance to a new Macy’s ReadyCARD, and then mail the new Card to you at the address on file. Instant Macy’s ReadyCARDs will be refunded or replaced with a Personalized Macy’s ReadyCARD by providing the necessary information on the sign-up form. A fee applies to lost, stolen, or replacement cards.
