What if someone misses the advising and registration period?
Reserved slots for non-degree students in courses are taken on a “first come first served” basis, so it is advisable that you do your advising and course registration early. However, if it is absolutely impossible to arrive during the advising and registration period, then you will have to do your advising and registration on the first week of classes.
