What if someone in my firm who is receiving notifications leaves or is unavailable. How can I change the delivery options for that person?
If the Contact or Prime Contact for your BC OnLine account is able to reset the password then you will be able to sign on with that person’s userid and alter the notification options. If you are not able to sign on with that person’s userid, contact the BC OnLine Help Desk at 1-800-663-6102 and they can alter that person’s Service Delivery Options for you.
