What if someone comes in with a SpaFinder Gift Certificate for a dollar amount that doesn match the price of our services?
If the certificate is for too little money, simply charge the customer the difference at the time the services are rendered. There is no marketing fee on this additional payment. If the certificate is for too much money, most spas issue one of their own gift certificates, good only at their spa, for the balance.
