What if some one falsely reports that I have uploaded a book to which I don’t have the rights?
If we receive a report alleging copyright infringement, we will temporarily suspend sales of said book, pending further investigations. We will then contact the party that uploaded the book and invite their response to the allegation. We will also contact the party that made the complaint and the purported copyright holder (if different from the complaining party) with a view to gathering further information and determining who owns or controls the copyright. We will then make a decision as to whether to delete the book from the site or allow it to go live again.
