Not to worry! It’s not uncommon for some mortar to get into the texture of the glass design during installation, and is easily removed during the mortaring process. Sometimes a small amount of mortar, or a haze may be left behind after the mortar is cleaned up. Generally, all that’s needed is a little white vinegar to clean it out if any is left behind after the installation.
