What if research falls into more than one program area?
Some of WERF’s research will have implications for more than one program area. To leverage knowledge and resources, WERF staff will work with volunteers, including the Research Council and Issue Area Teams, to coordinate these integrating factors (for example, pathogens, nutrients, micropollutants, etc.) that are key in more than one program and/or issue area and therefore require lateral communication and coordination across areas.
