What if representation before OHIM is required, e.g. resulting from an opposition?

In the event your CTM application is opposed, or representation is required before OHIM for any other reason. Providing the customer filed the application as prepared by CTMFS with OHIM within 30 days of it having been posted to the customer by CTMFS, then CTMFS will appoint a registered Trade Mark attorney to represent you and will fund the agents fees to an upper limited of 1,500.
