What if police ask about a missing registration sticker?
The look-up system used by law enforcement will reflect this change as of August 1. However, you are still required to keep your current registration certificate in your vehicle at all times. The registration certificates issued after August 1 will say No Registration Sticker Required. Registration certificates issued prior to August 1, will not have this message, but require no additional action until they are up for renewal.
