What If Our School District Wants to Have a Certified Olweus Trainer Who Can Train Committees rather than Bringing In an Outside Trainer?

0

School districts with four or more buildings may find that it is economically reasonable to have a certified Olweus trainer for their school system. Currently there are more than 600 individuals certified in the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program in the United States. Periodically, Clemson University offers a Training of Trainers (TOT) for highly qualified individuals who are interested in becoming a certified Olweus trainer in the program. These trainers are certified to train school Bullying Prevention Coordinating Committees only—this training does not allow training of other trainers.
