A. This is an uncommon occurrence, however, should the Donor have less than 4 mature follicles, in most instances the cycle will be cancelled. It is possible that you could try again with the same donor and a different protocol or choose a replacement Donor at no additional charge (in which event, the original Donor would receive $500 for her time and effort).
