What if one of the Sections A-D is not completed?
Any section (A-D) that addresses medical treatments or interventions that is not completed will result in full treatment for that category of care, which is what usually happens when patient preferences are not known. A health care provider noting that a section of the MOST form has not be completed should consider discussing the implications with the patient or patient representative.
