What if non-compliances are found during the audit process?
If it is deemed that an organisation has not supplied sufficient evidence to determine compliance with the AQTF standards, the guidelines set by the Training and Skills Commission or any conditions placed on the RTOs registration, an opportunity is provided to rectify the non-compliances. However, the Department also has the power to impose conditions, cancel or suspend an RTOs registration. The Department will give the training provider 28 days notice in writing of its intention to impose conditions, cancel or suspend registration and will take into account any representations made during the notification period.
