What if MyMathLab counts one of my quiz questions as incorrect but I know that its correct?
Go to the MyMathLab Gradebook and review your quiz. On the questions you missed, the correct answer will be shown and if you move your mouse over the answer, you will see the answer you entered. This will allow you to see how your answer differs from the correct answer. If you believe that your answer should be counted as correct, click the Ask My Instructor button to the right of the question. Write a brief explanation of why you think your answer should be counted as correct, and send the message to your instructor.
