What if MyMail receives a court order to release the contents of my account?
My Mail maintains its servers in Texas and complies fully with valid court orders issued by the U.S. courts. In order to ensure consistent treatment of all users, My Mail does not accept court orders from other jurisdictions. However, law enforcement agencies from other jurisdictions may pursue action through international channels compliant with the laws of Texas and the United States, resulting in a court order being issued by a court of Texas. Note: If MyMail Technology is required to surrender your e-mail files, the courts will receive the encrypted files stored on our servers since MyMail does not have any means to decrypt the files.
