If your Western Union Prepaid MasterCard or Visa Card is lost or stolen, please refer to any paper statements or your account on the cardholder Web site to access the number to report your card lost or stolen and ask for a replacement card. If you notify BankFirst within two (2) business days after the loss of your Card, you will not be responsible for purchases that you didn’t make. After you notify BankFirst, your Card account will be closed and you will be charged a $10.00 Lost or Stolen Card Replacement Fee.
