Titrets are based on “reverse titration.” If the Titret fills completely and the endpoint is not reached (no color change) then the sample concentration is below the range of the kit. (Not enough analyte was added to reach the equivalence point of the titration and effect a color change). If an immediate color change occurs, the sample concentration is above the range of the kit.
