What if my techs cant answer the phone?
You have several options; one option is the call would roll to a backup or supervisor. You can have up to five other phone numbers to send the call to if the primary tech is not available. One other option we offer is operator revert, this option sends the call to one of our live operators to take the message, and then we will dispatch the call manually to your tech. This safely net is available on every call, and we charge 70 cents for each call handled by one of our operators. You would only pay for the calls that were handled by the operator as needed. By putting the operator on the back side of the call, it allows us to offer this messaging service at such a great price.
