Immediately report any problems or a lost or stolen smartOne Prepaid Card by contacting us at 866-770-2170. You can call 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. A replacement smartOne Prepaid Card will be sent to you less a reissue fee (please refer to the Terms & Conditions provided with your smartOne Prepaid Card). As long as the lost or stolen smartOne Prepaid Card is reported immediately, you will not be responsible for any unauthorized charges.
