The SmartGuard TM driver saved in the SD card is for Windows 98/98SE/2000/ME/XP, and is not designed for use with Windows Vista. We will release a version of the driver for Vista on our website soon. If the SmartGuard TM camera is not detected by the driver on a computer running Windows 98/98SE/2000/ME/XP, try plugging the USB cable into a different USB port. Simply re-install the software ( do not remove USB cable during installation) then the computer should detect the camera. Then follow Step 3. “Set the Date and Time” on the instruction manual. If the problem persists, call our help line at 1-877-482-2484.
