What if my Premium TransitChek MetroCard doesn’t arrive?
To determine whether you have been approved for a benefit check the status of your enrollment in your online account. You must login as a Returning User at www.mytransitchek.com. If it appears as though you should have received your Premium MetroCard, but it has not arrived in the mail, please contact us by sending an email (including your name and contact information) to enrollment@transitcenter.com. We will respond to your inquiry within one business day. If this is an emergency, call us at 212-329-2025.
