What if my Parking PASSport Gold card is lost or stolen?
Report the loss immediately by logging in to your account and choosing this option on your personal account page. You will be responsible for all parking charges and fees related to your Parking PASSport Gold card until you have reported it online as lost or stolen on your personal Parking PASSport Gold account page. Your existing card will be blocked and a new card will be issued. Your credit card will be billed a $5 replacement card fee. If your card is lost while traveling use a cashiered lane to exit. You will be asked to provide personal and vehicle identification.
