If Apple receives your original iPad more than 10 days but fewer than 20 days after shipping the replacement to you, (“Late Return”) AND it is eligible for service under the AppleCare Protection Plan, Apple will issue you a credit for the Replacement Value less the Late Fee, as described below. If Apple receives your original iPad as a Late Return AND it is not eligible for service under the AppleCare Protection Plan, but is eligible for OOW service, Apple will issue you a credit for the Replacement Value less the Late Fee and Out-of-Warranty Service Fee.
