What if my order gets lost or damaged during the shipping (Air Mail vs. Federal Express)?
We always, strongly, suggest Federal as shipping method because it is faster, it is trackable, and, most important, it is ensured against damages and losses. If your package gets lost, or it is delivered damaged, we will handle the case with Fedex and replace your order immediately. Instead, we cannot be responsible for any problem occurring with Air Mail shipment because, at the moment, we do not have any tool to control packages traveling in that way. Top.
