What if my order arrived damaged, with products missing, or with a wrong item?
Please let us know by phone, fax, or email within THREE (3) days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace or refund you for damaged items. If there is a missing product we can send you the missing item or issue you a refund. If you receive a wrong item we will let you know what to do with it and either send you the correct item or issue you a refund. You will be given a Return Number for all returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please do not send back products without obtaining a Return Number from us. Please read Terms & Conditions for more details.
