What if my Meez is not loading or receiving an error while loading?
Try these tips: • Download the newest version of Java here: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp?cid=jdp86763 • Make sure that the Java enabled box is checked under options in your internet browser. • If you use Firefox make sure that the pop up blocker is disabled. • Disable any internet browser plug-ins you may have. • Make sure your internet browser’s proxy settings are disabled: • For IE: Click on Tools, Internet Options, Connections, LAN Settings and make sure that the box under Proxy Server is unchecked. • For Firefox: Click on Tools, Options, Advanced, Network, Settings and make sure that Direct connection to the Internet is selected. • If you are protected by a firewall try lowering the security settings or disabling it. • If you have any ad blocking software, try turning it off. • If the above are correct, try lowering the security settings in your internet browser. • If you are using a wireless internet router, try restarting it.
