What if my HilalCard is captured in any Bank Alfalah ATM?
BAL cards captured in BAL ATMs for any reason (except “HOT” card) can be collected by the customer within two working days from the acquiring branch (The branch where the card was captured) after carrying out stipulated verification procedures. Retained cards, if not collected by the customer within two working days, would be sent to the issuing branch. Retained cards not collected by the customer from issuing branch within eight working days of retention would be treated as unclaimed and would be destroyed / cancelled. Thereafter, a replacement card would be issued upon request of the customer.
