We will send a notification message to inform you that your hi!Card/hello!Mobile Card has not been topped up, within 24 hours after you have sent the Roaming Virtual Top-up SMS. You may like to try to send another Roaming Virtual Top-up SMS to the same recipient or to a different recipient.
