We STRONGLY ADVISE those guests to arrive early (at least one hour before the ceremony begins) to allow plenty of time to park, get inside the ARC Pavilion, and to find convenient seating. Doors open at 2:00 p.m. The University does not provide wheelchairs. If an individual has a state disabled parking permit, parking is available in lot 25. For those with mobility problems, we have transportation from the parking lots to the entrance of the ARC. Wheelchair seating is located inside the ARC Pavilion at each corner of the Concourse Level. ONE person may accompany the wheelchair guest in this area.
