What if my e-mail in-box is full and does not accept eDelivery?

We will make three attempts to deliver electronic documents to the e-mail address provided in your eDelivery preferences. If all attempts are unsuccessful, delivery of these documents will resume by U.S. Mail and your delivery preferences (with the exception of Consolidated Statements) will be changed to U.S. Mail. (Consolidated Statements will only be available online at the Virtual Service Center (VSC) www.newyorklife.com/vsc , and not through the U.S. Mail.) In order to facilitate resumption of eDelivery, we will send a letter to you via U.S. Mail, notifying you of the problems encountered with your e-mail address. It is important that you provide us with any updates to your e-mail address. If there are any changes to your e-mail address, please visit the VSC to update your delivery preferences.
