What if my dog will not relive themselves on a hard surface?
This is a very rare situation. Although this may be a behavior you pet exhibits at home it is extremely rare for it carry over into the boarding environment. However all pets are closely monitored at all times to insure that are reliving themselves on a regular basis. If you are still not comfortable you may wish to purchase for your pet an additional 20 minute individual play session in the large grass yards for an additional cost of $5 each. Or if you pet gets along with others, one or two group play session for an additional cost of $2.50 per hour.
