What if my dividend check does not arrive in a timely manner following the payment date?
Shareholders who do not receive their dividend checks in a timely manner should contact CSC’s transfer agent, BNY Mellon, at 1-800-676-0654. Upon authorization from the shareholder, a stop payment order will be placed against the original check and a replacement check will be issued to you. Once a dividend check is replaced, the original check is no longer valid and should not be cashed if received.
