It is strongly recommended that you connect your Nokia device to a power source using a charger and/or that the Nokia device battery is adequately charged before starting the firmware update with Nokia Software Updater If you are updating via laptop, it is strongly recommended that you connect your laptop to a power source. If power is lost during the download phase, you will either have to start the sequence again or take your Nokia device to a Nokia Care point.
