What if my customer says they can receive my Qpon?
Make sure they’ve properly opted-in using their mobile phone. They can check immediately by texting your nickname to 63278. If they still don’t receive your Qpon, it may be the case that their wireless plan isn’t from one of our supported carriers (Alltel, AT&T, Boost, Dobson, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon Wireless and Virgin Mobile US) or their account has been suspended.
