What if my company is having different salary structures for different groups and different in & out timings for different group of employees?
Saral PayPack allows you to create multiple branches, attendance structures and salary structures where you can configure different settings for each and every group. For example, you may have two groups of employees where one group of employees is normal salaried employees and the other group consists of daily wage employees. For daily wage workers, you may have the hourly attendance and for salaried employees you are considering the daily attendance. Similarly, with the case of salary too, one group’s salary may consist the components like Basic, DA, HRA, Conveyance and the other group’s salary may consist only Basic and DA. You are allowed to create, two attendance and two salary structures with specific settings for each group in Saral PayPack. While entering the employee details in the master, you can assign specific salary and attendance structure to the employee based on which the salary gets calculated.
